Our first location, located at the gateway of the Carpathian Mountains in Romania.
This isn’t just our first location—it’s where the seed of the brand was planted. It’s the place that defines Monk Mode: a spot where generations have come to disconnect from the noise and, at the same time, reconnect with themselves.
The cattle farm next door offers some of the freshest, most flavorful produce you could imagine. The property is scattered with fruit trees and, by the time you’re reading this, likely flourishing with other perennial plants as well.
